About Me

I'm a proud Momma of two wonderful girls,

and like many Moms, my own postpartum experience is what led me here.

After my first was born, I felt very strongly about doing things on my own.

I thought that it would be easy. In reality, I found myself navigating postpartum depression, anxiety, extreme exhaustion, and the overwhelming weight of trying to care for a newborn.

Our families were about two hours away, and still working full time, so support wasn't always readily available.

It wasn't until later that I discovered postpartum doula support - and I realized just how different those early days could have felt with the right care in place.

Once I discovered this work, everything changed.

I trained through DONA International, jumped in fully, and haven't looked back.

Now, it is truly an honor to support families during those early days and weeks with a new baby

- offering calm, steady, compassionate care so you don't have to do it alone.

You deserve to feel supported, rested, and cared for as you step into this new chapter.
